Return Policy

We have 7days easy and hassle free return/ refund policy. If our product does not meet your expectations (size, color, condition, change of mind etc), apply for return/refund within 7 days of delivery on given email (bakhtawarbinteusman@gmail.com) or whatsapp number (03290650569) by simply sending a picture of article number with a message “Return/Refund”. Our team will approve the Return by replying “Return/Refund – Approved”. You need to pack the products along with filled return form provided in the delivered package (Download Return Form) and ship it to H#225, Askari-9, Zarrar Shaheed Road, Lahore Cantt or just drop the package at given address if feasible. Upon receipt of return package, you will receive an email and whatsapp message asking for Bank and Account details. Your amount will be refunded/transferred within 3 working days of providing bank and account details. (Privacy Policy)
